These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TryItNow.ai website and related company marketing and contact channels (collectively, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
These Terms cover the company website. They do not replace the terms that govern our consumer apps. Each app has its own terms of service.
1. Who we are
The Site is operated by TryItNow — TRYITNOW YAZILIM VE TEKNOLOJİ HİZMETLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, an Anonim Şirket (A.Ş.) incorporated in Türkiye, located at Maslak Mah. AOS 55. Sk. 42 Maslak B Blok No: 4 İç Kapı No: 542, Sarıyer / İstanbul, Türkiye (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Our apps (separate terms)
We offer consumer AI applications and may add more products over time. Use of each app is governed by that app’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, not solely by these website Terms.

Downloading, installing, or using an app constitutes acceptance of that app’s terms (and any applicable App Store terms). If there is a conflict between these website Terms and an app’s terms regarding that app, the app’s terms control for the app.
Enterprise / custom projects may be subject to a separate statement of work, order form, or master agreement negotiated with us. Those documents control for the engagement they describe.
3. The Site
The Site provides information about TryItNow, our consumer apps (including TryOnNow), and our enterprise / agentic AI offerings. Content is for general informational purposes. Features, timelines, pricing, and availability described on the Site may change and may include “coming soon” or placeholder items (for example, store links that are not yet live).
We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site in any unlawful way or for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site (including by introducing malware);
- scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract content except as allowed by applicable law or with our prior written consent;
- submit abusive, misleading, or harmful content through the contact form or email; or
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.
We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
5. Contact form and communications
If you submit the contact form or email us, you represent that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the right to share it. We may use that information to respond and to evaluate a potential business relationship, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Submitting a form does not create a contract for paid work. Any paid engagement requires a separate written agreement.
6. Intellectual property
The Site and its content (text, branding, layout, graphics, and other materials), excluding content you submit to us, are owned by TryItNow or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to public pages for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not copy, modify, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written permission, except for fair use or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
App names, logos, and product assets remain subject to the rights described in each app’s terms and branding guidelines.
7. Third-party services and links
The Site may link to third-party websites or stores (including the Apple App Store). We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices. App purchases and subscriptions are handled by the relevant store under that store’s terms.
8. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that descriptions of products or enterprise capabilities are complete or will meet your specific requirements without a separate agreement.
AI-related marketing statements are illustrative. App-specific AI limitations and disclaimers appear in the relevant app terms.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRYITNOW AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SITE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US SOLELY FOR WEBSITE-RELATED SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY), OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Liability related to an app or a custom enterprise project is governed by that app’s terms or the applicable project agreement, not this section alone.
10. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify TryItNow against claims arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another’s rights, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data for the Site and company communications. App data practices are described in each app’s privacy policy (for example, TryOnNow Privacy Policy).
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site and updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of İstanbul, Türkiye shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
14. General
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. They do not modify any separate written agreement for enterprise work or any app’s terms.
