This Privacy Policy explains how TryItNow (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data when you use the TryItNow.ai website (including related pages such as Solutions, Enterprise, Contact, and app marketing pages) and when you communicate with us about our business (for example, by email or through our contact form).
This policy covers the company website and corporate communications. It does not replace the privacy policies for our consumer apps. Each app has its own privacy policy that governs use of that product.
1. Who we are

2. Our apps (separate privacy policies)
We publish focused consumer AI applications and may offer additional apps over time. Product-specific data practices (for example, photos you upload in an app, subscriptions, on-device identifiers, and AI processing) are described in each app’s own privacy policy.

If we launch additional apps, each will have its own privacy policy and terms linked from that app’s marketing page and from this document when published.
When you use an app, that app’s privacy policy controls for that product. When you use only this website or contact us about enterprise work, this company Privacy Policy applies.
3. Scope of this policy
This company Privacy Policy applies when you:
- visit or browse TryItNow.ai;
- submit the website contact form (name, email, subject, message);
- email us at support@tryitnow.ai or other published company addresses;
- request information about enterprise / custom agentic solutions; or
- otherwise interact with us as a website visitor or business prospect.
It does not govern:
- in-app photo uploads, AI generation, subscriptions, or anonymous app identifiers — see the relevant app privacy policy;
- App Store billing operated by Apple (or other stores), which have their own terms and privacy practices.
4. Information we collect
4.1 Information you provide
- Contact form: name, email address, subject, and message content.
- Email and other direct messages: whatever you choose to include when you write to us.
- Enterprise discussions: business contact details and project information you voluntarily share.
We do not require an account to browse the website.
4.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit the website, our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device/OS information, referring URL, pages viewed, and approximate timestamps. We use this for security, reliability, and basic operation of the site.
4.3 Analytics and marketing cookies
We do not currently use third-party analytics suites or advertising trackers on TryItNow.ai. If that changes, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, obtain appropriate consent.
Essential cookies or similar technologies may still be used for security, load balancing, or basic site function.
4.4 What we do not intentionally collect on the website
We do not ask website visitors to upload personal photos through the marketing site contact form. Do not submit sensitive personal data (such as government IDs, health data, or financial account numbers) via the contact form unless we specifically request it for a lawful business purpose.
5. How we use information
We process personal data to:
- respond to inquiries and provide support;
- discuss and evaluate potential enterprise / custom projects;
- operate, secure, and improve the website;
- comply with legal obligations; and
- protect our rights, users, and systems against abuse or fraud.
We do not sell personal information.
6. Legal bases (where applicable)
Depending on your location, we may rely on:
- Contract / pre-contractual steps — responding to your request or discussing a project;
- Legitimate interests — operating a secure website, answering business inquiries, and improving our services, balanced against your rights;
- Consent — where required (for example, certain optional communications);

For individuals in the EEA/UK/Switzerland, Türkiye (KVKK), or California, additional rights may apply (see Sections 10–12).
7. Sharing and processors
We may share personal data with service providers who process it on our behalf, for example:
- Website hosting and delivery (for example, our website host / CDN);
- Email delivery for contact-form messages (for example, transactional email providers such as Resend), so messages can reach our support inbox;
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) when needed;
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We require processors to use appropriate safeguards and to process data only for instructed purposes.
We may also share information in connection with a corporate transaction (merger, acquisition, or asset sale), subject to appropriate protections.
8. International transfers
We are based in Türkiye and may use processors in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards) for transfers from the EEA/UK/Switzerland.
9. Retention
- Contact form and inquiry emails: retained as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted or archived according to our internal practices, unless a longer period is required by law or dispute resolution.
- Server/security logs: retained for a limited period for security and operations.
- App data: retention for each app is described in that app’s privacy policy (for example, TryOnNow Privacy Policy).
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. Individuals in Türkiye may have rights under KVKK.
To exercise rights related to website or company communications, email support@tryitnow.ai.
To exercise rights related to an app, use the in-app controls described in that app’s privacy policy (for example, Settings → Delete Data in TryOnNow when available) or contact us and specify the app.
You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
11. Children
The TryItNow.ai website is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children via the website. App age rules are stated in each app’s terms and privacy policy.
12. Regional notices
- EEA / UK / Switzerland: We process personal data as described above. Contact us to exercise GDPR/UK GDPR rights.
- California: We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly defined. You may request access or deletion as permitted by law.
- Türkiye: Processing is carried out in line with Law No. 6698 (KVKK). You may exercise KVKK rights by contacting us.

13. Third-party sites and stores
Our website may link to App Store pages, third-party documentation, or external resources. Their privacy practices are their own. Purchases through Apple or other stores are governed by those platforms.
14. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Material changes may also be highlighted on the website. Continued use of the website after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
